Is it really free?
Yes — generator, dynamic links, landing pages, SVG/PDF downloads, and stats are free. We fund costs with a lightweight super-header banner across our network.
Are there limits?
Yes. The public static generator remains open, but managed account features use plan limits. On Free that means up to 8 dynamic QR codes, up to 3 landing pages, and 90 days of stats retention. See Terms.
Why is support paid?
QR codes are cheap to generate; human time isn’t. Everything you use daily stays free. Paid support lets us staff guaranteed help without compromising the free product.
What about privacy?
We log anonymous scan events — time, device class, optional country, referrer if present — and a salted one-way IP hash. No raw IP storage. See Privacy.
How do incident credits work?
Buy a credit when you need guaranteed help. If you’re on Free, that ticket gets a Standard first-response of 24h. Credits are applied when you open a paid support ticket.
Can I switch destinations later?
Yes. Edit the target or swap between direct redirect and a landing page any time from your Dashboard.
